Tracy Arabski Director	Oversees Health Research Services (HRS), providing value-added services to the Faculty of Health Sciences community through professional and timely research administrative and core facility services. Support includes guiding researchers through the research funding application process and ensuring awarded projects are effectively operationalized.
Michelle Czerwinski Associate Director, Research Administration & Infrastructure	Manages HRS resources, budget, and Institutional Initiatives for FHS by: Identifying strategic allocation of institutional initiatives Developing and maintaining the HRS budget envelope Reviewing and editing grant submissions
Julie Croskill Research Grants Manager	Primary Contact for: Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) Program support for: All internal and external funding opportunities Provides pre-award assistance, identifies funding opportunities, and supports grant application development, budgets, and knowledge translation strategies. Ensures compliance with University policies and sponsor criteria.
Augusta Beck Research Information Systems Coordinator	Provides research funding and performance data for FHS while offering guidance on data integrity and compliance to all HRS staff.
Rebecca Leone Administration and Compliance Coordinator	Supports administrative, contracts, and compliance functions, including Clinical Trials, McMaster auspices, CTO, CITI-CGP training, N2, ClinicalTrials.gov, and Health Canada audits for FHS.
Alla Panasyuk Core Facilities Financial Coordinator	Provides administrative and financial support to core facilities within the Faculty of Health Sciences.
Bapujee Biswabandan Program Manager	Develops resources to support faculty in the grants application process.

Negotiates research agreements with funding agencies and collaborators for FHS grant-funded projects.
