Faculty of Health Sciences researchers who require drafting or review for institutional approval from McMaster University on agreements related to their grants held at McMaster such as grants agreements; sub-grants; clinical studies and amendments, please submit a request for your agreement by email to your assigned Agreements Officer:
- Caroline Woods, Senior Agreements Officer for Faculty Level Agreements, Health Canada Regulated – Clinical Trials, HIREB Board of Records Agreements, Institutional Initiatives, Networks, Special Projects and Templates.
- Vera Andrews, Agreements Officer for Biochemistry, Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Surgery.
- Jonathan Lambert, Agreements Officer (replacing Rubi James on Leave) for Anesthesia, Family Medicine, Health Research Methods, Nursing, Oncology, Pathology, Radiology and Rehabilitation Science.
